FAQ
Q: Are you insured?
A:
Yes. Bradford Tree Service carries insurance to protect your property and assets.
Q: How do I get a copy of your proof of insurance?
A:
Please contact me with your address and Schultheis Insurance will mail you a copy. Please contact Mic Bradford directly for any additional information.
Q: Are you licensed?
A:
Yes. Bradford Tree Service has a Tree Pruner's License with the city of Evansville.
Q: How is Bradford Tree Service "green"?
A:
Mic Bradford strives to preserve our natural resources and reduce our carbon footprint wherever possible. The debris and brush Bradford removes from your property is always used for soil abatement, bio fuel or firewood.
We burn calories not diesel fuel. Most of our access into trees is done without the aid of aerial lifts. This means less fumes emitted into our air and no compaction of soil around vital tree roots.
We save trees. Frequently people call Bradford Tree Service thinking their tree needs to be removed, only to learn that we can prune and/or brace the tree instead. Apart from preserving a valuable landscape tree, this usually saves the property owner money.
Q: Is Bradford Tree Service a local business?
A:
Mic Bradford was born and raised right here in southern Indiana. He and his wife, Suzanne, care for and are educating their children right here. They attend church and serve their community in southern Indiana. The Bradford's live in a community where they work and consequently take a personal pride in the quality of tree care that Bradford Tree Service leaves behind after a job is complete. Mic encourages all his clients to invest in their local economy by spending their money with locally owned and controlled providers rather than going out of area.
Q: Does Bradford Tree Service volunteer in the community?
A:
We like to give back to our community by volunteering our professional services. Bradford Tree Service has partnered with Harmony State Park, occasionally donating our time pruning trees to remove hazardous deadwood and damaged limbs left from recent storms. They have also donated time and resources to both Warrick and Vanderburgh County Habitat for Humanity programs. If any Bradford Tree Service clients know of a worthy non-profit organization in need, they need only ask Mic Bradford.
Q: Why hire Bradford Tree Service?
A:
We specialize in the care of trees. Drawing from experience and education, we are able to give you the best information for prolonging the life of your trees.
Hiring a professional to care for your trees is an important financial decision. Proper tree care is an investment. Well maintained trees live longer, are more attractive, and add value to your property. Poorly maintained trees can be unsightly and cause significant costs to homeowners.
Pruning or removing trees, especially large trees, can be dangerous work. Tree work should be done only by those trained and equipped to work safely in tees.

Q: Why should I care for my trees?
A:
A healthy tree increases in value with age -- paying dividends by increasing property values. Regular maintenance, designed to promote plant health and vigor, ensures a tree's value will continue to grow.
Q: Is tree work expensive?
A:
It depends. Small pruning jobs typically range in the hundreds of dollars, while larger prunes or removals can be measured in the thousands of dollars.
Beware the oddly low bids. Reputable professional companies, like Bradford Tree Service, make significant investments in equipment, training, and insurance to protect your property and our employees. The price charged for a job will reflect this. These costs protect you and allow us to serve you better, while low bids usually reflect the absence of some of these costs and could put you at risk.
We guarantee that your experience will be positive. We take client satisfaction seriously and ensure that the job is complete and you are satisfied before you pay.
